I am a college student one day a coworker of a company right way data solution call me for a job regarding a data entry of 10000 captcha in 10 days the co worker tolled me that our company provides a work from home you have to complete 10000 captach in 10 day if you unable to do it you have pay the paynalty charges of 4500 and it will only deducted from your salary only so I use to say ok no problem then he told me that his HR will call you for online interview and ask some questions and you have to say only yes and your interview will be completed and they provide a I’d and a password to login and the co worker asked me for my documents an addhar cand and my pan card so I trusted and send to them the the HR call me on a provided link to by his co worker and thier is no one on the other screen their is only a wallpaper and and he ask my name and qualifications and said you know about policy but I refuse to pay the paynalty charges from my own pocket and he said ok but after ten to 12 day the advocate call me and said that the company has file a case on me of bleaching of agreement and you have to pay 5400 asa a paynalty so I was in pressure but I refuse to pay because I am from very poor family background and today 16/04/2021 they call me and told me that you and father have to appear on a Gujarat High court and you have to pay a paynalty of 1.35 lac and we have sent the court notice to your near by police station now I am in deep trouble and in a depression I will sucide if my family have to face any problem from the company and write note against them
