Good evening sir,my name is k.anish from Hyderabad ,sir,I got a call from8334956934 Paytm mall today morning (30/04/2019) they sent me some offers flyer of 5lucky customers, inthat dell laptop, refrigerator,and two more costly products,I chose dell laptop,for this they told me to buy more 5000rupees products,I chose sony home theatre worth of 7350, for this insufficient balance I paid 6900through google pay after again they have taken 10000for insurance and GST charges, when I was asked refund amount they are disconnected and switched off their mobile,for this I made a call to Paytm customer care service,they told me that is fake call, finally I lost my amount so please sir kindly help for refund my full 17000amount  UPI transaction ID is912013921675
