I posted house on rent on magicbricks. Got call from akshay kumar west bengal as per truecaller that he is indian army officer and is transferred from pune to gorakhpur. He said he is ok with whatever the rent is. When i asked him to transferring amount he said to open google pay, then go to add bank account and he started giving his account number.
