I’m using vodafone Number in UAE on international roaming continuously. This time when I came back from India I activated roaming plan on 25th nov 2018 & till 23rd Dec 2018 I didn’t get any messages from vodafone that when this plan for month was getting finish. So I called customer care department and asked when this was getting finish so they told me that it would finish on 24th dec 2018, So I requested to reactivate that again without any disconnection.
Now I got bill of Rs.13000+ rather then around Rs.7500 & when I asked to vodafone CC department then I’ve been told that bill of 24th dec 2018 has been added. Now I don’t understand if plan been activated till 24th Dec 2018 then how charges are added for 24th Dec 2018 as my plan is unlimited calls and data pack free plan????
I already requested to department many times that listen all my recordings of 23rd and 24th Dec 2018 to customer care department and check, If there is any fault of mine then I’m happy to pay.
I’ve complaint regarding this matter to customer care department many times but nobody is giving me proper response and collection department threaten me again & again.
I complaint to nodel officer even they’re also not responding.
WHAT TO DO NOW, NO IDEA!!!!!!!
