I have shipped the shipment with AWB NO. 19041351728100. On 10.09.2022 and estimates delivery was on 14.09.2022. But it has crossed the estimated delivery date and unable to deliver to customer even till 29.09.2022. on 30.09.2022 it got damaged. In such case customer didn’t get the product and we didn’t receive any kind of resolution from Shiprocket team even after continuous follow-up.

In case of such cases there are few important points that you need to take care of as mentioned below:
1. If the package is damaged from outside then mention it on the POD & take its image to submit as a proof of negative remark on POD.
2. Make sure that your packaging is approved by Shiprocket.
3. Make unboxing video of every such doubtful case.
4. Make sure that your product doesn’t fall under the category of fragile, liquid, perishable category.
5. The issue should be raised within 72 hours of delivery through POD actions on Shiprocket panel.
6. They will trt to reject the dispute by giving lame excuses & ignoring the obvious proofs. Do not let them close the issue & if needed raise it through ticket with date & time mentioned in it to show that you have raised objection to the resolution within 72 hours of rejection.

Hi anuj my even package did not get delivered they keep saying that we have escalated from our end you’ll get the package but it’s been a week now what to do
