Hi Team, I had ordered an apple Airpods for my sister through flipkart and received the delivery on 10th November 2020. The same was opened by her on 15th November 2020. On opening the same was found to be a fake product as there was tampering on the airpods. When the same was connect to the iphone there was no details visible (attached is the image).When did a detail check the serial number on the invoice, Serial number on the box and the serial number on the inside on the airpod lid was different (attached is the same) this made it clear that the product delivered was fake.

When approached flipkart for the same, their team of inefficient people are not giving any concrete response and just making us run from pillar to post (Flipkart incident number – IN20111710321624611036). Even apple service centre is not able to provide any resolution on the same as they are not able to track the serial number and hence they cannot provide any resolution on the same (Apple Case ID: 101243101449)
