I had ordered Apple adapter (20W) along with charging cable on 11/11/2022. I received my order on 14/11/2022. Both the adapter and charger were working perfectly fine and seemed original (as stated on their website and packaging also seemed original). Suddenly after 1.5 months, in January 2023, the charger stopped working. I tried to contact Shyam Krupa Enterprises via phone, WhatsApp, email, but got no response. When my complaints were unanswered, I went to Apple store in Bandra, believing the charger to be original, to claim my warranty of 1 year. There I got to know that the product is fake and even after multiple calls and messages, my complaints are still unanswered.
