Dear Team,
This is Pankaj Anil Solanki
I am having my 2 connections(9773866988 & 9773069169) with Airtel Since past many years and i was impressed with the service that I was enjoying since the time joined the network.
But I have started to feel a disrespect for the brand since last week where I got a Call from your Executive giving Me incorrect & fake informations from your staff to upgrade the plan. I also ported my 2 numbers(8082766363 & 9326435085) from other Service provider depending on the informations provided.
Now as I have changed my plans and included all the numbers into Family plan & ported my numbers I am informed that they didn’t have any idea on plan including their Team leads and they are sorry.
I am really looking to port out all my numbers from your services as soon as possible but I am forced to use this plan for 1 month.

I was promised similar features for all the connections i.e. whatever features are provided to Primary numbers and now they are telling nothing will be provided to the secondary users (i.e. Amazon Prime, Airtel Security, Zee preemium subscrition, Wunk premium, Airtel Live tv).
I had no intentions to change my plans but was forced to Move to the plan with incorrect informations.
the New WI-FI data card provided with number 9136158011 is still not activated since last 3-4 days.
I really did not Expected such a pain from the reputed service providers like you.
I would request you to help me get out of this mess as soon as possible as I want to PORT OUT all the services without lossing my current Number
requesting you to Help me with this.
