Name of the company-elegant_threads_by_pavani Company owner-Pavani kamepalli Products-dress (one gown and one dupatta) Order no- D51619487 Ordered date-17.10.22 Delivered date-26.10.22 Company mobile no-9908978018 Company mail id-pavani.chowdary2000@gmail.com Amount paid-Rs1499 Present status -I have purchased dress from instagram page named elegant _threads_by_pavani and they delivered different quality product I have ordered one and they had delivered the fake and duplicate.The product I ordered and what I delivered, both having huge difference .Then I asked for return of the product and she asked me to send opening video and I send it to her Then I messaged her so many times in instagram and WhatsApp she doesn’t gave reply blocked both my accounts. So I am kindly requesting to accept my complaint and take actions against her and her instagram account She is fooling people in online by selling cheap quality product and also looting huge money She is not responding properly to me that’s the major problem with her Here I am in need of returning her product back to her and I want my refund amount as soon as possible Kindly requesting to take severe actions against her and gave warnings to her to stop this kind of activities in online
