Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that, today i.e. on 25/12/2021, I had booked my Indigo Flight Ticket from Raipur to Indore via one of the booking website www.travolook.in amounting Rs. 3221 with Reference Number : REF164820515.
After completing the booking process the amount was deducted from my account and I received a call from Travolook Call Centre Executive saying that: ” My flight bookings have been cancelled out due to some technical issues and I have to wait for next 10-15 days for getting my money refund.
Later on I visited several feedbacks for there website on different platforms and I found that these people are looting almost every single customer making booking transactions from there website.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against these spammers who are looting hard earned money from the innocent customers.
