I have booked an air ticket for Udaipur-Delhi to be scheduled on 11 January, 2023. As soon as I received the ticket from the company on mail, I tried to confurm my PNR with the IndiGo Airline customer representative. He said the PNR was invalid. Then I doubted the company who provided me the PNR. On 8 January, 2023 I got a call from the representative of varafi.com company that the PNR will not valid and they can abort the booking and provide the refund. I agreed to that. My booking id was VID4478726167. They said the refund will be initiated, however, it has not been processed. As you can check the amount deducted was Rs. 3923. And now they are not picking up the calls. I have called them multiple times. There office is in A-82 Sector 4, Noida, UP. Kindly help me claim my refund.
