Hello sir, I am Manish kumar Rishi, I have been a victim of a fraud by a company named Right way data solution, located at Green Avenue, New Lane Road, Dang District, Gujrat. Who lured me for an online job of captcha filling.
I received a call from a person named Pratham , contact no :- 9820160445, who said that he is the representative of Right way Data solution company and asked me if I am interested in doing work of captcha filling and he asked me for my ID proof to which I gave her. She told me that I would get a mail from the company for confirmation and after clicking on the confirmation link I would get another mail containing ID and Password for the related work. I received a login id and password. When I click on it. It’s show some error. So I decided to quit it and I called the customer care for my cancellation. After the cancellation mr shubham agarwal, mo. no. 7478970774 phoned me and said that you have to pay 5400 rupees as a fine.
And when I disagreed to paid the charges or fine mr subham agarwal continue calling me and forced me to paid the charges.
On 18th Feb, 2021I received a call from advocate named Subham Agarwal contact no :- 7478970774, threatening me to pay rs 5400/- i.e the registration fees of the work or face a case against section 7363279 . Then I demanded the agreement copy as a proof that I have signed the agreement with the company, which I haven’t signed but the document given by him shows a sign against my name which is a fake sign because I haven’t signed any such documents. So I denied paying any amount to them. But he is calling, mailing and messaging continuously threatening and blackmailing me and my family for a court case for the work which I haven’t accepted and signed.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and take a legal action against the company and the fraudulent i.e advt Subham Agarwal as this is causing mental trauma for me with each passing day.
Hereby I am attaching one document as a proof. I have many such documents and mails send by the company and the advt Subham Agarwal. But unable to upload here as this site has a restriction of uploading one image only.
