Didnt get cashback after ordering amazon launchpad product as i have collected the offer of receiving 300 rupees cashback

Plz see the screenshot attached, it clearly says this product is eligible for cashback.
Now the amazon pay customer says this is not eligible.
I want 300 rupees.
Also they are not returning it.
