They said that 5G acceptable/reachable areas you have enable to use unlimited 5G data but initially 5 days only they given 5G unlimited data thereafter it disabled… I raised a complaint through all possible ways( i.e phone call, directly through through pammal showroom) regarding this… They said you should change your sim card… I changed it and they said you should maintain minimum balance of rs.10… That criteria also full filled from my side… But till now I didn’t get my pack 5G benefits… Note: I live in a 5G network enable area only…. Just take it as this as your responsibility to resolve and give me a solution atleast this time
