Text of Complaint by Varun Devnani:

I did a cash load of Rs. 9151 on Saturday, 15 May at 5.30pm to Amazon delivery agent. The order number was Order #6762.
I received the following message on my registered mobile number informing me that the money will be credited to my Amazon Pay balance within 5 minutes.
“ Cash-load Initiated: Rs. 9151.00 as balance from your recent cash payment will be added to your Amazon Pay balance within 5 minutes. Txn. ID: AP497351374848”
The delivery agent left my doorstep and the money never got credited to my account. I have been calling your customer care continuously since the incident on Saturday, 15 May but there has been conflicting response from Amazon’s end. By far, this has been the worst and most harrowing experience as your agents are clueless and give conflicting or incorrect information. I have been promised a refund several times but the same has still not been credited to my bank account nor have I received this amount in my Amazon Pay. I have made countless calls and emails and chats but to no avail. I am waiting for my money to be refunded either to my bank account or to my Amazon Pay failing which I will resort to legal action.
