Text of Complaint by Pradeep kumar:

On 09 March, 2024, I placed an order for a Portronics Key 7 Combo Wireless Keyboard Mouse on your platform. However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that I had been sent a T-shirt instead of the ordered item.

Since then, I have made numerous attempts to rectify this issue by contacting your customer care team. Regrettably, despite my persistent efforts, the problem remains unresolved. I would like to highlight the following sequence of events:

When the initial pickup agent arrived, they refused to approach my location, claiming it was not on their route. Consequently, they falsely updated the system, stating that I was not available to hand over the incorrect item, which is entirely untrue.

The rescheduled pickup for the following day encountered another hurdle. The pickup agent insisted that they would not accept the return unless the received item matched the product image, disregarding the fact that I had received the wrong product in the first place.

Upon contacting customer care team again, I was met with unhelpful responses, with representatives insisting that the correct product had been dispatched, despite clear evidence to the contrary.

I find this level of customer service unacceptable and demand immediate action to rectify the situation. I am entitled to either the correct item or a full refund for the incorrect product that was delivered to me.

I have attached a video demonstrating the unboxing process, clearly showing the discrepancy between the received item and the product I ordered.
