I had ordered one bedside table from Pepper fry, Order ID: 308895558. The product was delivered to me on 14th May 2023.However no carpenter service has been provided to me yet. Provision of the same was mentioned clearly during purchase.
I had a conversation with the pepper fry team, three times, on 21st May 23 May 2023 and third by official mail on 24th May .
However , I have not received any further communication from pepper fry or any carpenter.
I had to skip my departmental work each day because of their false promises of providing a carpenter service on each day. The product is lying as such after 10 days of delivery.
Their irresponsible and unprofessional behavior is causing extreme agony and mental anguish.
I request the Consumer forum to take a strict action against the company and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
