I had taken a Jio connection at Coimbatore on Jul 31, 2020 and due to the pathetic internet speed offered with intermittent connectivity and limited range of the poor routers Jio provides (contrary to the high-speed connection which they claim), I had applied for a disconnection and initiated a router pickup. The customer care has temporarily suspended the services and have refused to pick up the router and issue refund even after persistent requests made to their Customer Care. All I get is ‘ JioFiber Router pickup has been put on hold as per your request.’ as if I have placed the request to put it on hold. This is wilful extortion from customers by Jio and denying my right to refund.
