Dear Sir/ madam,
I had been using your valued service for so many years, I recharged on 23th Nov because my pack was expiring in 25th Nov. Now since I have downloaded your apps and recharged using that if my pack expire I can’t do that, and my call is barred, I call up the customer care executive but they flatly told me to recharge only when my pack expire, which to me is stupid and negligence on the part of your employees to guide the customers, now my question is
1. If my packs expire how can I recharged online?
2. When we recharged before the date of expiry why can’t it get carried over?
3 .Why does your employees refuse to address our real complaints and try to manipulate the answer?
4. Can they threaten a customer who refused to keep the phone down because the required answer was not received?
- 5. Are they trained to be rude to the customer?
