Recently , the payment made on 22/02/2018 regarding the examination fees on ICAI portal to INB One97 Communications Ltd was failed when the transaction was made with SBI net banking ( SBI ref no. 7556157130IGACYXTEN7 ). the amount which was deducted has not been refunded.
