- My self Mr kaustubh v soman my complaint is against Vodaphone.. .My mobile no is 9820835469. As per billing plan vodaphone commited me to provide Amazon prime membership free for a year. After using few days Amazon prime has been deactivated from my side erroneously. .I have informed the same to vodaphone through mail, through online chat, on phone call with customer service executive .. I have requested them to allow me to use Amazon prime membership for one year as per your plan.. However, due to system constraints atbtheir end they fail to provide the same.. Need urgent resolution.
