On 15th June I have booked a Premium delivery service from DTDC to send a small package to a friend in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. It’s been 12 days and the package hasn’t been delivered yet. On chasing it with the DTDC team. They are saying that the area is not serviceable. However it is, only after that the booking was made. There is no contact from the team and I don’t know if they have misplaced the package or is it something else.
