I have purchased a product from Meesho (31st July) which was a damaged one and didn’t match the description so I made a return request(5th Aug) for which the delivery agent didn’t accept the product due to mismatch from description. But I told them what I received only I can give, then he himself made a return request stating product mismatch for which till now the pick up is not made(11th Aug expected pick up) . When I call the customer care everytime they say wait for 4-5 days, they are not giving proper detail on the issue as well as the return process too. I request immediate action on them to get my 216rs

I have made enough complaints for which itself no action is taken and the customer service is too bad and they are rude to address the complaint. Till now no action is taken, I wonder why the delivery agent takes much time to get the returned products and meesho also fail to address them properly. It’s pure negligence.
