Text of Complaint by Bipin Kumar Jain:

I had paid electricity bill of 1890/- by paytm on 3rd March 8:12 PM but due to wrong UPI PIN the payment failed and again i made payment on same day at 8:16 PM and payment was successful but the failed amount till not credit in linked bank account, i complain in Paytm Customer Care and also complaint in my bank but as per them amount credited to AC-0103SL00IPAY, IFSC-ICIC0DC0099, so i request that please refund the failed amount in linked bank account.
