Text of Complaint by Bipinkumar Jain:

I had paid electricity bill of 1890/- by Paytm on 3rd March 8:12 PM but the transection failed due to wrong UPI PIN entered and made again the payment on same day at 8:16 PM amd the payment was successful, but the failed transection amount which was debit my account and till not credit in my account, i complain to Paytm Customer Care and my bank but as per them failed transection credit to ac-0103SL00IPAY, IFSC-ICICI0DC0099, so please credit the amount in my bank account which is already linked.
