Text of Complaint by Umesh kumar:

I had tried to recharge my airtel number 8755488749 from airtel thanks app on 27th,feb 2023 in which the payment option i selected is my from my paytm postpaid account. I tried to process the transaction by linking my paytm postpaid account in airtel thanks app but it showed failed. Instead of this the money got deducted from my paytm postpaid account of amount Rs.549 and recharge has not been done. From then i am checking the transactions in airtel thanks app for the same transaction it,s showing in processing stage from last 3 days and the paytm postpaid bill was generated. I am not getting where my money has gone.
