I purchased a TV FROM AMAZON (eAirtec) and got it delivered on 21st of sep 2020.
As per the product description installation of the TV is free. But after many number of calls to the eairtec dealer toll free number mentioned on the box for the installation did not respond.
After this I raised a complaint to Amazon on 26th of sep 2020, to which I got an answer that it will be installed with in 48 hrs. But it did not happen. On 29th sep 2020 I called again Amazon that the installation technician has not come yet, to which Amazon executive asked me to wait for another 48 hrs or I can return the product or I can have installed by a local technician and Amazon will bare the installation charges. After which I waited again for 58 hrs again the dealer technician did not turn up so I called Amazon again o 03 Oct 2020and I got the same reply to wait for another 48hrs and Amazon executive sent me an email that the issue will be resolved within 48hrs. So I waited again then I called Amazon on 6th of Oct 2020 after a long conversation the executive asked me to wait for another 48 hrs or he will arrange for Amazon credit worth the installation fee charged by the local technician, but I if had it installed by the local technician my product warranty will be lost. So I requested the Amazon executive to connect me to the manager to which he said it will take 24hrs to get call from the manager and dropped me an email about the same. After 48 hrs of the pervious call no manager called and in the call made on 8th Oct 2020 the Amazon executive is saying no one has mentioned about my request and complete details of my complaint in their portal.
