Text of Complaint by KHUKAN DAS:

I have ordered a womens footwear ( No.. 4 size ) for Rs. 489/- vide Order id – OD429385630590989100 ON 11.10.2023 from flipkart on PREPAID , received the item No. 8 size and opted for refund, the representative of the flipkart failed to pickedup the said item. thereafter, i contacted with the customer care for pickup and refund, they cancelled the return on Nov. 8, 2023, now again contacted with the customer care representative, they told that as the seller;s return policy expired and so refund could not be processed. in this regard kindly do the needful to get the refund at the earliest.
