- Dear Sir, I am shubhamashubham keshri trying to recharge my jio sim using amazonPay and transaction is processed by jio@citibank payment gateway and my money is dedicated but recharge don;t happen. So please check my amount and refund my money. I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction reference.
