Text of Complaint by ISHANT GEHI:

I have done a transaction of 2490 rs on 13thApr, 2022 through canara bank debit card on POS(paytm payments bank). It got failed and I received a copy for same but amount got debited from my account. To complete my purchase I have once again paid the amount to merchant.
Regarding this issue, I have raised complaint with my canara bank branch but response was that failed transaction was successful and amount got credit in merchant account and but they are refusing to revert the money.
So I am raising complaint against paytm payment bank.
