Details of the Issue:
I have, placed an order on Nykaa Fashion with the following details:

1. ANVI Be Yourself Women Peach-Coloured & Black Satin Finish Animal Print A-Line Dress – ₹884
2. Buynewtrend Navy Polka Dot Mesh Puff Sleeve Women Bodycon Midi Dress (L) – ₹664
3. Globus Women Wine Square Neck Long Puff Sleeves Smocked Bodycon Party Dress (L) – ₹1,575

The total value of the order amounts to ₹3,123.

Concern:
* I have reported that the pickup partner repeatedly canceled the pickup, citing the reason that the customer was not available. However, the customer insists that they never received a call from the pickup partner for the pickup, not even once.
* Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue by contacting Nykaa Fashion’s customer care via emails and calls, the customer was consistently advised to wait for an additional 2-3 working days each time.
* This issue has been ongoing for close to a month, with no pickup being completed and no refund issued.
* The customer has also mentioned that they have kept a record of all the emails sent to Nykaa Fashion regarding this issue.

Request:
I am seeking immediate resolution, either through successful pickup of the items or the issuance of a refund for the total amount of ₹3,123.

Action Required:
* Urgent Investigation: The issue should be escalated for an urgent investigation into the repeated cancellations by the pickup partner and the lack of response from customer care.
* Resolution: Immediate steps should be taken to ensure the pickup is completed without further delay or the refund is processed if the pickup cannot be arranged.
* Communication: The customer should be informed of the resolution plan and timeline, ensuring transparency and restoring confidence in Nykaa Fashion’s service.

Follow-Up:
* A follow-up should be conducted with the customer after the resolution to confirm that the issue has been satisfactorily addressed.

I have seen multiple people have raised the similar issue against the NykaaFashion
