Text of Complaint by Aditi Gupta:

I placed an order from nykaa fashion (ORDER ID NYK-15416019-3241473) on 28th oct and requested a return on 29th oct due to a defect ( Hole) in the dress. Their pickup partner kept on cancelling the pickup stating i wasn’t available despite of the fact that i never got his call not even once for the pickup. I repeatedly contacted NYKAA FASHION customer care through emails, calls but every time they asked me to wait for another 2-3 working days and this has been going on from more than a month now. I have all the details of the innumerable emails sent to them. But nothing has been done till now. No pickup nor any refund.
