I have made a payment on am Amazon’s paylater, once it failed and second time it succeeded. But the failed amount isn’t credited till now.
I have contacted Amazon they said payment refund is done, please contact bank.
When i contact bank they are saying the other side bank is saying the payment was successful. So no refund.
Both mail screenshots are attached.
Kindly help me its more than 2months,my money got stucked.
Am contacted Amazon through mail and phone again they aren’t responding now.
