I ordered Amazfit Smartwatch on 24/07/2022 and while making payment the amazon showed me thag two day faster delivery cost of Rs.120/- free for Amazon Prime members. Being a Amazon Prime Member I thought it would be benefit of a prime customer than non-prime customers. I oleaced the order to office address. Amazon provides delivery to office address before 6PM. After I placed the order on a Two Day Faster Delivery option for prime mebers, My order delivery is 26/7/2022. On 25/07/2022 my order reached final delivery location by morning 9:54 AM only. The ordr tracking status strucked at that final delivery station. Even today 26/07/2022 the sorder is not yet mobing in tracking status. In regarding this they keep on telling me that ordrr will be out for delivery at 2PM, some others saying 3 PM ,4 :30 PM like that. Even after 4:30 PM when i contacted customer executive agent He told me that order will be delivered before 6 PM.at any cost.While placing order, Amazon showed me that for Prime customers exclusive benefit two day faster delivery Rs.120/- for non-prime members is free of cost. The two days are over and time is also over. They are failed in Two Day Faster Delivery to Prime Customers. Amazon is continuously showing “Free Delivery Faster delivery exclusive to prime members and Get a subscription” like advertisements . The amazon delivery is failed in that. I subscribed to Amazon Prime because of these benefits like Faster delivery. What is the use of Amazon Prime subscription if they failed to do. I want my Amazon Prime Subscription Momey back and I want order to get delivered within 1 day.
