I have purchased a product online from www.rozzy.in .@ Rs. 720 /-Details are given below :

the product is totally different from image is given in the site , failed in quality.so I requested to return and refund of product threw given address and phone no 8758011595(which are continous switch off) and not respond from their side.
plz arrange the return of the product immediately and return my amount as soon as possible.
