Car No. is KA -03 NB 4960
I have purchased fast tag card on 30-10-2020 with phone no:9448119737at Hosur road Electronic city flyover Toll Bangalore form AirTel person who is put stall in hosur Electronic city flyover toll bangalore.
I went on the same day 30-10-2020 to thiruvannamalai the tag was not activated and I paid up and down toll charges.
I went to same person Hosur road electronic city flyover stall on 0-6-11-2020 and complained. He told it will be activated in 2 hours.Then again i called he told it is activated.
T0 check i went on 07-11-2020 same hosur electronic city fly over toll, it was again not working . He gave new Fast tag in different phone No.7975452653(jio), The Transaction ID :201107121722 and Fast Tag No :607569-004-3107939
Then he told it is activated and you can use, so i passed toll one time it opened and second toll it is was showing as BLACK LISTED in Toll display.
NOW I CALL CUSTOMER CARE NO.8800688006, IT IS ASKING ME TO ENTER THE PHONE NO. when i entered registered phone no.7975452653, it is telling phone no is wrong and it is disonnected.
with same customer care no if I call with other phone No 9448119737, (Old fast tag purchased on 30-10-2020), customer care person is attending and not able help because he is asking me to enter the phone no of new Fast Tag ,that is phone no 7975452653.
In Airtel App it is showing KA 03 NB 4960 – INACTIVE- LINED ACCOUNT FREEZE/DORMANT . IN AirTel wallet iam having rupees 499 balance.
