I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and submit a formal complaint regarding the product I recently received from FACTION HUT. On 27-06-2023, However, upon inspection, I discovered that the item I received was in a clearly used and dirty cloths. which is completely unacceptable – I seek your assistance in resolving this matter – I request a full refund of the purchase price, including any associated shipping charges.
