I am from Roorkee, Haridwar(uttrakhand). I m facing this problem from 12-05-2018 from morning only. There m cell phone is showing full networks but my data is not giving speed.
It’s speed is so bad that it doesn’t open fb or send texts from whatsapp. After suffering a lot i made a call to customers service they told me that it will b resolved soon. But it didn’t.
At afternoon i again made call then they told me that sir it will be resolved in 2 hrs. But they didn’t.now at evening i made up a call again.
At that time they were saying that sir we r resolving it we r checking just hold up. After 1 min of wait they cut up my call and put the no. Into reject list. Now i m not able to call also.my problem is also not solved.
