I am facing network problem since 2018 when I was prepaid user and then after they (airtel team) asked me to join postpaid but my problem was not resolved; after that i lodged many complaint out of which some given complaint no are with me which are also been closed from airtel without resolution, now I am getting mental harassments and request you to pls look into the matter and do the needful.
