I am using 2 CONNECTIONS of Airtel DTH, 4 connections of Airtel postpaid mobile, 1 connection of fixed line and 1 connection of broadband.
From last 2 days i am facing issue with my DTH connection and i am not able to watch couple of channels, it is showing Error code B0001, when i called on 121, ig was really difficult to reach customer care executive, as there is long waiting time and when i was able to connect with him, he was not able to solve my problem and forcing me to pay INR150 to engineer, so that he can visit and diagnose the problem. Its really pathetic services.
Being your 10 years old customer i never expect such kind of response from Airtel side.
Its not the matter of money, i am already paying huge amount on monthly basis but in response i Expect some exclusive benefits, which is totally missing now.Image Uploaded by Abhinav mishra:
