Text of Complaint by Akash Garg:

On 30th May 2022, I called a Airtel technician and logged the complaint regarding my broadband, the ticket id is 10044594845 and he told me that they’ll resolve the issue on same day but still i faced that issue on 31st may.
I again called that technician and yold him that I have urgent meeting and have no internet connection so please try to resolve this issue asap and he told me that my ticket is still in open state and they will definitely resolved it by 1:30 PM, then another technician called me around at 6 pm and asked me that i am able to access internet or not and I said no, so he said that he will visit at my location in next half hour and after that call he closed the complaint.
Today (1st June) when i saw that the complaint was closed then I reopened that ticket and tried to call both the technicians but they are not answering my calls.
