I’m Soumya Halder, from Diamond Harbour,South 24 Parganas,West Bengal. Recently I have been facing some big problem with the internet connection of Airtel sim since last month. I called the customer care executive of Airtel and let them know the problem of mine . The accept my complain and said that they take respective action but they do nothing till now . I called them and said that I have to use my 60 percentage data in morning as at night(7.00 pm to 12.30 pm) I face bad internet connection problem. So my daily Data kota can not be completed by the end of the day.
