To whomsoever it may concern,
CAF Number – 22111940
Please note that I had applied for an Airtel Broadband Service on Friday 20/03/2020 abd had already made the payment of Rs 7349 /- with regards to your advance rental program for 6 months of the service.This was done with a view of getting the broadband services activated as soon as possible, however the same did not happen.
Despite constant follow ups and escalations nothing has been done. I would like to complaint against the below mentioned employees and seek a refund for the services not being rendered to me on time.
1.Roshan Khan – +919867505567 – Extremely shameless sales person you have at your end, kept lying to me stating that a technician would be visiting me on Saturday at 12 pm then 3 pm then 5 30 pm only to have his phone unanswered/switched off post that. Please find attached the conversation between us seems that i am begging for something I have already paid for.
2. Tejas – Claims to be a technician and inspite of calling me upfront that he would be visiting and fixing the router, did not turn up and ended up switching off his phone as well.
3. Akhilesh – +918450950927 – Again someone who called upfront to have resolve my issue and later swtiched off/ rejected numerous calls.
Hopefully you would take a stern action against these kind of employees.
Being an airtel gold customer for a long time now and did not expect this kind of service/behaviour at all. I order you to have my amount Rs 7349/- refunded to me at the earliest or I would take further action against the company.
Treat the above matter with utmost importance and expect a prompt reply from your end.
