I paid for two suit sets 4 days from https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fkurtishopper.myshopify.com%2F66774925533%2Forders%2Fd0d46b7ec965810061036e74e214b8c7&h=AT0ghN-kMYjOkZK7W_t1AZDD_tCNqpaGem44HqO0LqaVymcBCshKUSr0RPAi2Hx16HXGAbRrSYj9PnQkEQYXPlg2LDyDff_9qY3GzbpW-Hj9gmUbTdWwpYprPPX1hQ09a0lF31zHFXNuYRYRQA&s=1.. but it turns out to be a fraud company. It was written that the items will be shipped within 4 to 5 days but now the website is gone, and I cannot trace it in any way.
Can you help me by suggesting what should I do? I have also requested for monetary refund but it is unlikely to happen anyway. I’m attaching the payment details below, the order details as well as the screenshot where it says the website isn’t available anymore.
