On 9th June 2023 , via Instagram page fabindia club was promoting sale on kurta sets. I ordered three times for Rs. 7171, Rs. 717 and Rs. 717, total amount of 2,151/- After the payment there is no tracking page of the order available. All the transactions are done on UPI ID new.payu@indus, I do have all the records.
Prior to purchase I check the website address, it was fabindia only and even it was encrypted with digital lock sign which gives assurance of security. It seems hacker managed to add the card and payment gateway through fabindia website.
Can I request Cyber cell to initiate the action on this UPI ID link bank account and registered account holders for running a scam. Like me there are many my friends who are also cheated with same amount.
This should be stopped and strict action should be taken to restrict these kind of scam & frauds.
