I have made a booking at a hotel via Fabhotel. I have also booked breakfast. However, the hotel is not ready to provide breakfast and is unwilling to refund the money. Additionally, they have not provided the room in the hotel building where we booked our room.
It is very shameful for the hotel and Fabhotels that a customer pays for breakfast, and the hotel is not ready to provide it. Please refund my money and take action regarding this incident.
