I purchased a saree for 800rs from the fabarrival website on 13th July 2022. I got the order on 17th July 2022, but the quality was extreme cheap and not what was mentioned in the website . I emailed the address mentioned on the courier label as well as the address given in the website for which I received no response. I called their phone number (+91 9824952170) which gets forwarded and no one picks up as well .. I would like to have my cash refunded for this erroneous purchase . Kindly help.
