actually ordered many orders from faasos from 2016 and till feb 2021 and after account blocked by faasos because i have raised compalint against food quality as many times quality was not assured like spillage and in a paper carton which is after spillage smells like paper smells that always feel paper smells.and they again sent oreder in same conditions but finally they blocked my account and they left one option for me that we will investigate with the team then we will resume your account, i said okay but after some days i tried mostly to get my investigation report that i want to know that i am wrong or right and i also asked them to please give me a proper time for completion of investigation over email id that in future i will stay with a hope to receive report they denied at all, and i am continously claiming with them to please give report and hundred of times i have called them and they put my call on hold like 20 minutes or more and each call they take around more than one hour to response only that we will not activate your account but i say i accpet that do not activate my but please give back my investigation report that i am wrong and you are right but finally they are over riding my rights and i am really harassed by these peoples many times by holding my call like minimum 20 minutes,so please help me if possible because this is not a matter of account but also my time wasted over them due to false hope given by them around more than two months regularly
