I ordered a Bluetooth headset and got a different product altogether, their customer service number is never answered, no reply on email and no response on contact us page on their website, I have paid the price in advance and i think bits gone now, pls don’t buy anything from this website.

Yes it is true ezondels is a shit website i ordered the same earphones but i got a totally different one which is 200ruppes on club factory i tried to call them but they never respond.its a fraud
I didn’t received any information about my order . I purchased it on online andpaid money through net banking. I want my order details or return money back
