Text of Complaint by Vinay RR.:

I have ordered a product which got delivered on 24th Nov 2020 and was not of quality. Hence immediately called EZMALL TO REVERSE PICK UP IT AND INITIATE A REFUND NEITHER THEY ARE REVERSE PICKING THEM NOR INITIATING MY REFUND OF 2300 RUPEES. Whenever I call their customer care they tell me to wait for 48 hours pick up will be done and refuns will be initiated but now 7 days have passed and they are fooling me.
